SHIPPING & PAYMENT POLICY

Shipping Fee
Shipping is free within Mumbai. Shipping will be charged as per actuals for delivery outside Mumbai. This will be paid separately once order is confirmed. Order Confirmation Once an order is placed, we confirm the order over email or phone call. We hold the order for 24 hours before it is processed for shipping. The selected Products will be sent to the customer
through a designated courier service, with whom we would be sharing the customer’s contact information and address.

Taxes & Duties
All items shipped within India are inclusive of GST. Goods to international destinations are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid at checkout. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping Couriercompany (India Post, DHL, FedEx, etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice from the shipping agent. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Delivery
Once the goods are dispatched it takes the courier service 3-10 working days to deliver within India and 7-20 days outside India. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Delivery to a particular location may be refused in the case the courier service does not service the region or the service is refused for whatsoever reason. In the case of International Orders if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect his/her order from the Shipping agency (like DHL, FedEx etc.), then Pooja Khandelwal will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders.
*Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

Tracking Package
Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with information about the shipping company.

Insurance
All products shipped by us are fully insured only for transit. No further warranty or guarantee is provided once the product is received and accepted by customer.
Payment Policy For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks.
For all international transactions, we accept major Credit Cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) and also provide the option to pay using PayPal. Payments through credit cards are accepted through our secure online payment gateway partners.
In a credit card transaction, you must use a credit card that is preferably in the name of the person placing the order. However, this is not a precondition for placing orders with us. We will not be liable for any card fraud because of the card being used fraudulently. The liability to prevent the use of a credit card fraudulently is on you and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ exclusively rests on you in event of a probable fraud.
